Maribaya hot spring is located in Lembang, Bandung. Maribaya is a family resort that offers some interesting facilities. There are restaurants, playgrounds, hot spring baths, meeting rooms, mini zoo, hobbit house, waterfalls, swimming pools,foodcourts, live music, souvenir shops and many more. To enter the Maribaya Natural Hotspring Resort area everyone above 5 years is required to pay entrance fee of Rp35.000 which later can be exchanged for a small bottle of mineral water in the food court area. Ticket prices are the same both weekday and weekend.
3 month ago, me and my family went to Maribaya Natural Hot Spring. When I arrived, there is so many people right there. They also want to get in to Maribaya Hot spring. But,it wasn't a big deal because Maribaya Hot Spring has large area and the place was organized so well.
when I get in, there is foodcourts in front of the main gate. But you need to get in the second gate to enjoy the facilities here. After get the second gate, you will pass a bridge above the rocky river. Go straight then you will see a big size of chessboard and Billiard, you can play this giant chessboard by pay a fee to play. If you keep walking there is a private pool and a swing trees. Then keep straight and you will find the restaurant and cool kids playground. and there is also a long bridge which is good to take pictures. After pass the bridge you will see a mini zoo. You can feed the animals here after buying some foods provided here. infront of the zoo, there is Hobbit house (The house of the Hobbit in hollywood movie), it's a replica of it's original form.
It is so good to spend your weekend at Maribaya Natural Hot Spring. Because the place which is on a mountain,so the air is fresh. Good to refresh your mind. You can reach Maribaya Hot Spring by Car, Motorcycle or a Bus. But because it is located in one of the tourist areas that gets stuck on weekends, it is better if you leave early in the morning.
